Nice Contest, except 1 small issue – how to decide that which country name should come first, if there are 2 country (or states) name???

Sorry again! I should have posted this comment earlier to help everyone.Due to couple of answers of two questions not coming out properly, the contest had to be edited so now my first comment stays valid for only one question which is question number – 13.The "hyphen" factor is applicable only for the answer to question 13. For rest, just space is good. Extremely sorry for the inconvinience caused.

DAMN IT! how can the niagra falls be wrong? Its between ontario and new york and i put a – inbetween them…

In location: If the waterfall is located on the border, both the countries/states are mentioned with a "hyphen (-)" in between so please do keep that in mind.
